Bill was born July 16, 1923 in Newport, North Carolina to William Luther Taylor and Tamer Jones (Guthrie) Taylor. He was the last surviving sibling of 5 brothers & 2 sisters, Bill was the 2nd youngest of them.
He served a combined 21 years in the service of his country in the US Navy and Coast Guard. He and his family lived in Stone Wall, No Carolina 12 years; Lynn, Mass. 2 years, and Sacramento for 34 yrs. and Bill's remaining 14 years in Logan Utah.
He is survived by his wife Dolores M. Taylor after 61 years of marriage, and his 4 children of this marriage, James D. Taylor (Portland OR), Diana B Cesarini (Sacramento CA), William R. Taylor (Eldorado CA), Dexter W. Taylor (Logan UT). Bill also had 2 other sons, John A. Taylor & Mark S. Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at the Bridgerland Park 1st Ward Chapel at 825 No 200 West, Logan UT. Friends and family are cordially invited for a viewing at the church from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
