Son of Marion and Dicie Adams Hatmaker.
Predeceased by two wives, Julia Heller Hatmaker and Dorothy Chancellor Hatmaker.
Survived by his wife, Wilma Godwin Hatmaker; daughter, Pamela J. Hatmaker Harvey; two stepdaughters, Mary Lee Fisher and Barbara Fisher Moody; four stepsons, Pat Avant, Ted Fisher, Doyle Chancellor, and Dallas Chancellor; brother and sister-in-law Bobby Joe and Ida Hatmaker; three sisters and brothers-in-law Vernice and Bobby Cox, Lavenia and Ernie Payne and Helen and Norman O'Neal; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandcildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Garland County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol; the Henderson Lodge and a Mason.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Harvey's Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Roger Smith and Bro. Buddy Horne officiating.
Pallbearers will be Dwight Godwin, Junior Gossett, Dale Daley, Brian Chancellor, Robbie Horne and Lane Dodd. Honorary pallbearers are the Garland County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol, Masonic Lodge, Plumbers Union, North Garland County Water District and Odyssey Health Care Nurses.
Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Bismarck.
