Mr. Jas. Kinnaird was summoned yesterday morning by telegraph to the bed side of his brother, Robt. W. Kinnaird, D. D., of Fort Smith, Ark. Dr. Kinnaird resigned the charge of the Presbyterian Church, Midway, Ky., and removed to Arkansas last year on account of his health. He has, however, been unequal to the duties of a pastor, having occupied his pulpit but twice since he has been at Fort Smith, and is now very ill.
