MARTHA K. STRUCKHOFF

Martha K. Struckhoff of Marthasville, passed away Friday, January 7, 1994 at St. John's Mercy Medical Center, Creve Coeur, Missouri at the age of 76 years.
Martha Struckhoff, daughter of the late Bernard and Emma Van Booven, nee Salaminks, was born October 10, 1917, near Rhineland, Missouri.
She grew up and received her education in the Starkenburg and Rhineland area.
On May 24, 1944 she was united in marriage to Edward (Bud) Struckhoff in St. Joseph's Church, Rhineland, Missouri. They were blessed with four children, Bernard, Carol, Marlene, and Diane.
Mrs. Struckhoff was a member of St. Vincent's Church, Dutzow.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Barbara Ann Van Booven; three brothers, Walter Van Booven, Hugo Van Booven, and John Van Booven.
Martha leaves to survive her husband, Edward Struckhoff; one son, Bernard Struckhoff and wife Janet of Connifer, Colorado; three daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Melburn Borgmann of Marthasville, Marlene and Tom Skrivan of Marthasville, Diane and Danny Simms of Doniphan, Missouri; a sister, Veronica Stokhorst and husband Alvin of Fulton, Missouri; a twin sister, Theresa Ellis and husband Vernon, of Auxvasse, Missouri; two sisters-in-law, Rose Van Booven of Union, Missouri and Hilda Van Booven of Owensville, Missouri; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Struckhoff donated her body to medical science.
A memorial Mass was celebrated Saturday, January 15, 1994 at St. Vincent's Church, Dutzow with the Rev. Father Steve Bauer officiating.
Arrangements were made by the Miller Funeral Home.
