Born at Austin, Minnesota. Moved to Jefferson as a child, graduate of Jefferson high school, class Valedictorian.
Married to Weldon Looney, he preceded her in death in 1957, she was married to Kenneth McDonald for 18 yrs. he preceded her in death. She lived in Scio and Stayton before moving to Sublimity in 2009.
She was a member of the Catholic Church and the Wedding Ring club in Jefferson.
She enjoyed playing BINGO, attending the Fiddle contest in Weiser, Idaho.
She was a homemaker and had done clerical work for the US Forest Service and insurance company.
She is survived by her sons, Dale (Kathy) Looney of Lyons, William (Anna) Looney of the Philippines; sisters, Celista, Ethel and Shirley; 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Harris.
