Born in Call she was a longtime resident of Hardin County.
She was retired from the Lumberton Public Library where she was an assistant librarian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Samuel and Fannie Lou Bishop Rosser; husband, W.E. "Bill" Brownlee; brothers, William Rosser, Neff Rosser,W.S. Rosser and Norman Rosser; and sisters, Mattie Harrington, Althea Paramore, Inez Grisham, Doris Suitt and Norma Wallace.
Survivors include daughter and husband of Wildwood and daughter of New York New York; granddaughter and husband of Woodbridge Virginia; grandson and wife of Mount Belvieu; four great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside services were at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee.
