Emily's name when born was Emma, at age 10, then she stayed with her grandparents in Goldendale. WA, Emily Moorhouse-Leasy and Clarence Munson. She took her grandmothers's name, Emily and took the Munson name as her last name.

Emily's (Marks-Munson) first marriage was to Clinton Porter "Barney"Chamberlain. They married 28 Jun 1890 by Justice of Peace at Granger's Hall, Youngs River, Clatsop, OR. Their children Joseph Francis, James C, Charles Wilbert, Mabel, Ethel Pearl, Lillian Rosa.
Note: On Ethel's marriage license she put her fathers name as Barney Chamberlain.

Emily married second to John Thomas Orsborn 14 Apr 1915 Dallas, Polk, OR. No known children were born to them.
