CAMPBELL, Carrie May ARNOLD - Carrie May Arnold Campbell was born June 27, 1879 at Grover, Mo. and died June 11, 1920 at the age of 40 years, 11 months and 14 days. She professed faith in Christ at the age of 15 years and joined the Baptist church at High Prairie, Mo. Last January Mrs. Campbell had the flu which affected her heart and she never recovered. In March the family moved from their home in Canyon City, Texas to a farm northwest of Gentry hoping the change would benefit Mrs. Campbell's health but such was not ordained. She was a faithful Christian and a loving mother and leaves to mourn her loss her husband, 6 girls and one boy, a mother and father and one brother besides many friends. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Sunday afternoon and interment was made in the Gentry cemetery.[Gentry Journal-Advance - Gentry, Benton County, Arkansas - June 18, 1920]

Obit. has birth place as Grover, MO - Donna sent me a message saying it should be Gower, Clinton CO, MO. I am not sure which one is should be so I will leave it as is for now.
