She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Sue Cruse; four granddaughters, Devona Todd, Andrea Crawford, Shannon Phelps and Angela Kirkpatrick; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, October 22, 2009, at the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Garland Edwards officiating. Interment will be in Lone Hill Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers are the physicians of the Family Medical Clinic and the Quapaw Rehab staff.
