Major (Ret.) Ralph Norman Buckley, 87, of Navarre, died October 1, 1998. He was born in Hersey, Mich., July 18, 1911 and grew up in Wisconsin. Mr. Buckley was a resident of N.W. Florida for 37 years. While in the U.S. Air Force, he served as a pilot in World War II, Korean Conflict and Vietnam. Prior to his military career, Ralph was a W.T. Grant Store Manager. Major Buckley was predeceased in death by his fraternal twin. He is survived by his wife, Belle S. Buckley; his son, Richard N. Buckley; two sisters, Alice Caldwell and Mariel Wagner; his brother, Richard Buckley and numerous nieces and nephews.
