Glessner Theron Shiver, 52 of 57th St., died yesterday in a local hospital. A native of Georgia, he had resided here 13 years and was a member of the Jackson Heights Baptist Church and the Meat Cutters and Butchers Workmen, Local No. 282. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Thelma Shiver, Tampa; three brothers, Cecil Shiver, Doerun, Ga.; Kenyon Shiver, Macon, and Staunton Shiver, Americus, Ga.; nine sisters, Mrs. Delpha Maddox, Mrs. Ernest Eason, Mrs Dollie Bankston and Mrs. Frances Hannon, of Ty Ty, Ga.; Mrs. Bertha Hannon, Ashburn, Ga.; Mrs. Hazel Marshall, Sycamore, Ga.; Mrs. Ilia Baxley, Doerun; Mrs. Beulah Mae Hudson, Macon, and Mrs. Rebecca Pope, Tampa, and his father, J. J. Shiver, Ty Ty.
