EUREKA -  Inez Dierman, 81, died Tuesday evening at her home here. She was born Jan. 21, 1895 in Cora, Idaho.
She came to the Tobacco Plains area with her parents in 1902. She attended schools at Black Lake. She operated a hospital in Eureka and also was a cook at several lumber camps in the Eureka area.
On Nov. 11, 1913 she married Clarence F. Dierman in Kalispell. She and her husband operated Dierman's Store and Motel. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Mrs. Dierman was a member of the Rebecca Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She now is survived by three daughters, Clara Bell Dierman, Ella Gwynn, both of Eureka, and Viola Lyons of Moxie Springs, Idaho; six sisters, Blanche Dierman, Myrtle Peltier, Opal Kearney, all of Eureka, Edna Frost of Rexford, Mary Clampitt and Ellen Gaertner, both of Rock Island, Tenn.; two grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church here with Rev. Carl Pershall officiating. Burial will be in the Tobacco Valley Cemetery with the Vial Funeral Home of Eureka in charge of arrangements.
