OZARK, Mo. — David James "Jim" McMillen, 94, of Ozark died Oct. 15, 2009, at the Ozark Nursing and Care Facility. He was born Aug. 23, 1915, in Barnard, Mo., to Otis F. and Iris "Totsie" Fahey McMillen. He was a former resident of Noel, Mo. He was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Jo Duncan of Nixa, Mo.; two brothers; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walker-Dowd Funeral Home Chapel in Anderson, Mo. Burial will follow the service at the Noel (Mo.) Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Tuesday at the Walker-Dowd Funeral Home Chapel in Anderson, Mo., with the family present.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Hospice in Springfield, Mo., in care of the funeral home.
