State (Columbia, SC) Sunday, 10 Jun 1917
Mrs Rosa C Hubbell, 72 years old, died yesterday afternoon at the residence of her daughter, Mrs Nena Person, 1 511 Surpter Street. Interment Orangeburg - the former home of Mrs Hubbell.
She was the mother of the late Dr C J Oliveros. Besides Mrs Person, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs Edward S Witsell, whose husband is a Captain in the US Army and now stationed in Honolulu.
Other surviving relatives are 2 grandchildren. Miss Nena Person and Richard O Person; 2 brothers, Dr C V Neuffer of Abbeville and C V Neuffer, formerly of Columbia, but now of Goldsboro, NC; 2 sisters, Mrs L H Wannamaker and Mrs W P Munson, both of Orangeburg.
