Lena Davis
Lena "Tootsie" Davis, 58, 417 Franklin St., passed away Friday, May 3, 1996, at her home.
The former Lena Tarbox was born in Eau Claire, Dec. 30, 1942, to Lewis and Mary (La Placa) Tarbox. She had been employed at Dotronix as a supervisor for 16 years.
She is survived by three sons, Rocky Erickson of Chippewa Falls, and James Erickson and Charles Davis, both of Eau Claire; six sisters, Jean Washburn of Eau Claire, Frances (Larry) Menges of Sylmar, Calif., Marjorie Anderson, Mary Ann Ciappetta and Elsie Cardinahl, all of Kenosha, and Mary Kohl of Marshfield; five brothers, Andrew La Placa of Eau Claire, Richard (Judy) Tarbox of Milwaukee; Lewis "Ted" of Eau Claire, Robert (Cookie) of York, Maine, and Guy Tarbox of Eau Claire; four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Phyllis; three brothers, James, Elmer and Phillip.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Olaf's Catholic Church with the Rev. Frank Corradi officiating.
Burial will be in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, town of Wilson.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Golden Funeral Home where there will be a 7 p.m. prayer service. Friends may also call one-half hour before services Monday at the church.
