Robert 'Joey' Truitt
LAUREL - Graveside services are 2 p.m. today at West Shady Grove Cemetery for Robert "Joey" Truitt, 46, of Laurel, who died Oct. 13, 2009, at his home.
Mr. Truitt was a general maintenance worker.
Survivors include a daughter, Shannon Andrea of Phillips, Wis.; four sisters, Patricia Ann Hall of Pascagoula, Tina Sherrod of Waco, Texas, Tammy Wagner of Thornton, Texas, and Deidra Truitt of Groesbeck, Texas; and caregivers, Ray, Sheila and Dean Windham, all of Laurel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Eugene Truitt, his mother, Ann Waltman, and grandparents, Robert Henry and Mary Truitt, and Joseph and Eliza M. Windham.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today at Jones & Son Funeral Home in Richton.
