Funeral services for Mrs. Brumbelow were held from the Damon Baptist Church in Damon, Texas, with Rev. R. P. Murphy of Houston officiating. Burial was in the Damon Cemetery.
Mrs. Brumbelow is survived by her husband, Eldredge P. Brumbelow of Damon; two daughters, Mrs. Emma Lee Allen of Charlotte, Texas and Mrs. Lorene Youngblood of Pleasanton, Texas; one son, J. R. Brown of El Paso, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Myrtle May Montier of Victoria; two stepsons, Joe Brumbelow and Billy Brumbelow of Damon; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Walker of Ben Wheeler, Texas and Mrs. Nolan Shivers of Vernon; eight grandchildren, besides a host of other relatives and friends.
