Tina Ringer Koon Bedenbaugh, 49, of Prosperity, died Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.
Born on August 31, 1960 in Newberry, she was a daughter of Walter E. Koon, Sr. and Jean Ringer Koon. Mrs. Bedenbaugh was a graduate of Palmetto High School and was an administrative assistant with the Newberry County Magistrate Courts. She was a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school. She enjoyed camping and trips to the beach. She loved her family and pets.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Williamston is her husband, Russell E. Bedenbaugh; a son, Richard W. Hope II of Irmo; and a brother, Eddie Koon of Prosperity.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Macedonia Lutheran Church by the Rev. Randall Derrick. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
