She lived. She had a full, wonderful, beautiful life. She loved and was loved. She will be missed greatly by those left behind. But we remember her. I remember her. She was like the sun, her love like the sunlight, and you just felt bathed in it. She grew up during hard times. But the times did not make her hard. She endured the Great Depression, saw WWII, and the turbulant times that followed. She was blessed with a loving husband, a son, and then a daughter, 4 grandchildren, and countless great grandchildren. She was strong, a fighter, a force of nature, and if not for the fact that her body was tired, she would still be with us.

"And when this flesh and heart shall fail. And mortal life shall cease, I shall posses within the veil a life of joy and peace."
