Ronald James Dallos, 65, of Moore Street, Newark, died September 21, 2001 at his home. Ron was born February 22, 1936 in Norfolk, to Paul and Frances Robinson Dallos. He served in the Army in Vietnam, and was an Army recruiter in Newark. He had worked for Richardson Foods in Macedon as a forklift operator for 20 years. He was a member of the August Mauer American Legion Post 286 and the VFW Post 2883 in Newark. He also served as adjutant and chaplain, and received the Legionnaire of the Year Award. Interment in Glenwood Cemetery in Geneva. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sandra Smith; two sons, Sean (Kelly) of Newark and Tim of Hamilton, NJ; two brothers, George of Whitesboro and Kenneth of Norfolk; two sisters, Elizabeth Collins of Massena and Esther Nelson of Florida; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Paul Jr. and Raymond Dallos.
