Nina I. Sands is survived by her children, Raymond C. Fassnacht, Sumatra, Indonesia, and Roy E. Fassnacht, Pueblo.

Also survived by five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Harry C. Sands, in 1969. Born Aug. 14, 1902, in Attica, Kan., and had been a longtime Pueblo resident.

Member of the First Baptist Church and the Writers Guild. Past member of the Carpenters Auxiliary, Win One Bible Class and held several offices in the YWCA. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Rouch Funeral Home with William Leroy officiating. Interment will follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
