Clarence Hogmire, 83, of Bangor, died Sunday afternoon in the St. Joseph Memorial hospital where he had been a patient since Saturday.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hogmire, he was born July 6, 1873. He was a farmer.
Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Ada Abernathy, of Bangor.
He is at Stafford's Funeral home. Arrangements are incomplete."

"Hogmire Rites Set
Bangor, Aug. 28--Arrangements have been made for the funeral of Clarence Hogmire of Bangor, who died Sunday afternoon in St. Joseph Memorial hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stafford Funeral Home with the Rev. Austin Benjamin, of the First Christian church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Arlington Hill cemetery."
