David Wilcken Funeral arrangement were- being made today for David Wilcken, 71, of 2022 indoor Street, who died Saturday at his home. He was a veteran employee of the Salt Lake City Water Department.
Mr, Wilcken was born in Heber on July 27, 1870, a son of Charles H and Mary McOmie Wilcken. He had-lived in Salt Lake 58 years.
He was a guard at the Utah State Prison at one time and was watermaster of the city water department for many years. Survivng are his widow, Mrs, Dora Reich Wilcken; two sons, Hugh A. and William R. Wilcken of Salt Lake; two daughters, Mina Doratha Wilcken of New York City and Mrs Louise W. Free of Salt Lake; a brother, George Q. Wilcken of Delta two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Henshaw of Boise, Ida and Mrs. Bertha W Pratt of Lund, 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
