Dennis Raymond Willner passed away Oct. 9 in Spokane at the age of 44. Mr. Willner was born in Colville on June 30, 1956, to Lloyd and Margaret (Richardson) Willner.
He graduated from Colville High School and had lived in the Colville area all of his life, working in the logging industry at Vaagen Brothers for 15 years and for Lentz Logging and Excavation.
Mr. Willner was active helping in 4-H and the Northeast Washington Fair. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and working on his farm.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Willner, Colville; his step-children, Heather Ramshaw, Santa Clarita, CA; Jorge Perez, Colville; his mother, Margaret Willner, Colville; his sisters, Linda Terry and husband Dan, Colville; Christine Sanders and husband Lee, Kettle Falls; a brother, Richard Willner, Colville; nieces Shelly Terry, Spokane and Crystal Terry, Colville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Willner.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 13, at Colville First Baptist Church. Reverend Mike Roberts will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
