DRUMMONDS - James B. Delancey, 84, plumbing and construction worker, died Thursday at Spring Gate Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. He leaves six daughters, Evelyn M. Ellsworth, Brenda S. Gillihan and Judy C. Landis, all of Drummonds, Dorothy J. Osborn of Tunica, Miss., Joyce A. Hutchinson of Brighton and Helen L. McDermott of Pooler, Ga.; three sons, Robert E. Delancey of Senatobia, Miss., Larry B.
