Betty J. Galbreath Evans, 72, of Warsaw, a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2000, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
The Pierceton native retired in 1997 from Warsaw Coil after 47 years of service and was an Avon representative for 32 years. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Earl L.; sons Michael A. of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Greg E. of Warsaw; daughters Becky Huff and ReNae K. Feldman, both of Warsaw; a brother, Stanley Galbreath of Warsaw; sisters Mary Stouder and Ruth Davis, both of Warsaw; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Memorials are to the church or Ryan Huff Memorial Scholarship Fund C/O Whitko High School.
