Tyler Lee Brobst, son of Walter Lee Brobst and Juanita Mae (Jackson) Brobst was born August 1, 1947 in Iowa City, Iowa and passed from this life October 5, 2009 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa at 62 years of age.
Tyler graduated from East Union High School and Southwestern Community College. He was united in marriage to Marilyn Agans on June 10, 1966 at Winterset, IA and five children blessed this union. They lived in Murray most of their married life.
Tyler enjoyed the outdoors - fishing, camping, hunting (especially coon hunting) mowing the lawn. He did carpentry and was a jack of all trades. He was a truck driver and was employed by Afton Co-Op.
Tyler was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister; grandparents, Cleo and Earl Jackson, Mabel and Everett Brobst; and brother-in-law, Stan Rassmussan.
