OBITUARY - Forest Herbert Friend, was born 6 miles north of Howard, Kansas on March 16, 1923 and passed from this life in the Wesley Hospital in Wichita, Kansas at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 10, 1928, age 4 years, 11 months and 23 days.
He leaves to mourn his loss his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Friend, 3 sisters, Ethel, Violet and Della and 1 brother, Vern, all of whom are at home. Funeral services were held at the home north of Howard at 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 12th. Burial was made in Grace Lawn Cemetery.
