Mildred M. Day of East Palo Alto died Sunday at her home, following a heart attack. She was 63.
Mrs. Day was a native of Southern California. She was reared and attended school in the Watsonville and Salinas areas, moving to the Peninsula after she married Rease Day 48 years ago.
Mrs. Day, a homemaker, also worked with her husband in apartment management.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and the Business Women's Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Glenn and Ronald Day, both of San Jose; two sisters, Edna Meyers of Stanford and Lorraine Scott of Clear Lake Highlands; two brothers, Byron Bellah of Richmond and John Bellah of Clear Lake Highlands; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday at Roller & Hapgood & Tinney Funeral Chapel in Palo Alto.
Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose.
