Jacob Fink appoints Adam Wolf executor of his estate and directed to sell all real and personal property.
Adam Wolf directed to leave $1,000 as a lien on the real estate until Sarah Fittenberger, "his loving girl", shall arrive at the age of 21 years, at which time the $1,000 together with any interest shall be paid to her.
After the foregoing is deducted, the balance of the remaining estate shall be divided one-half to my brothers and sisters and one-half to my deceased wife's brothers and sisters.

Charles Strine, under solemn oath, stated that the writing of the will was that of Jacob Fink.
