MOLALLA --Charles L. Foltz, 94, died in a Portland hospital Wednesday evening after a short illness. He was born December 15, 1858 in Ohio, and came to Oregon in 1907. He lived in the Russellville district south of Molalla from 1919 to 1940, following the death of his first wife, the former Mary E. Babb when he moved to Roseburg. He lived in Portland for the most part of the last six years.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Sunday, December 21, in the Everhart Funeral Home with internment in the Russellvlle Cemetery.
Survivors include his, second wife, Ida, whom he married in 1947; three daughters, Zella Bozarth, Woodland., Wa.; Ada Ehman, Vancouver, Wa.; Laura Barclay, Roseburg; six sons, Andrew, Burt and Ray, Roseburg; Ira, Portland; Harry, Lawndale, Calif.; and Roy, Molalla; ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
