Rushville, IL - Marguerite Fern Geiman, 99, of 238 S. Congress St., formerly of Astoria, passed away at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital Long Term Care.
She was born on April 3, 1910 in Astoria, a daughter of Daniel S. and Viola Waggoner Dutton. She married Marvin Jefferson Geiman on Nov. 6, 1932, in Astoria. He preceded her in death on March 27, 2001.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was a homemaker. She helped her husband farm.
Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Astoria.
