Funeral services for Donald Ray Charlton of Anadarko will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God Church in Anadarko with Rev. Don Stewart and Dwayne McGhghy officiating. Burial will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery under direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco.
Mr. Charlton died Sunday at Physicians Hospital in Anadarko. He was born April 16, 1954, in Oklahoma City. He was raised in Minco and graduated from Minco High School in 1973. He moved to Anadarko in 1998. He worked as an auto mechanic and station attendant. He served in the National Guard and was a member of First Assembly of God.
He is survived by his father, Walter Charlton of Minco; a stepson, Lester Rodgers Jr. of Roseburg, Ore.; stepdaughters, Gayla Pierce of Rush Springs, Melody Gaston of Derby, Kan., and Valerie Rodgers of Oklahoma City; a brother, Jim Charlton of Norman; a sister, Sue Johnson of Minco; three step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
