Services for Stanley Butler, 77, 832 Clifton Drive, will be 1 P.M. Thursday at LeCompte & Johnson Funeral Home.
He died 1:32 A.M. today at King's Daughters Memorial Hospital. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery in Stamping Ground.
A Scott County native, he was a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of Bellview Christian Church.
Surviving are a son, Stanley Thomas Butler, Stamping Ground; three daughters, Ruth Tester, Frankfort, Shirley Updike, Lawrenceburg and Audra DeCarlo, Ontario, Canada; three brothers, Roy Bulter, Shelby County, and Ray Butler and Chilton Butler, both of Frankfort; a sister, Carrie Hamilton, Frankfort; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was the son of the late L.J. Butler and Lillie Musselman Butler.
The Rev. Dale Parrish will officiate.
Bearers will be his grandsons, Kevin Lyons, Jason Tester, Victor McGaughey, Steve Butler, Bradley Butler and Bret Butler.
Honorary bearers will be Chester Butler, Kenneth Cox, Garnett Baker, J.T. Harmon, Bob Anglia and Billy Grider.
