OBITUARY OF LINNIE RACHEL

Linnie "Lynn" Rachel, 76, of Corpus Christi, Texas, died Friday, Nov. 22, 1991, in a Corpus Christi hospital.
Mrs. Rachel was born July 26, 1915, in Many, La., and was the owner and operator of a dress shop in Corpus Christi. She was a member of Eastern Star OSO Lodge and First Baptist Church of Flourbluff, Texas.
Survivors include two sons, Doyle Rachel of San Antonio, Texas, and Dwain Rachel of Corpus Christi; one daughter, Jean Harney of Dallas, Texas; three sisters, O'Neil Langheld and Ona Mae Reeves of Minden, La., and Winnie Stewart of Ft. Worth, Texas; one brother, Doyle Wilson of Minden, La.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Cage-Mills-Jackson-Langham Funeral Home, Kostoryz Chapel, Corpus Christi. Graveside services will at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud, Texas, under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the America Leukemia Society.
