POCAHONTAS — Mayme Lorell Surles, 95, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Elmcroft. Born Oct. 24, 1914, at Elevenpoint to the late James and Nora Jackson,
she was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Hubert Inness and Otho Surles.
She is survived by a son, Jim Inness of Ravenden Springs; three daughters, Barbara Brown of Pocahontas, Sharon Mooney and Kay Welch, both of Ravenden Springs; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with Stan Little officiating.
Burial will follow in Janes Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:30-2 p.m. before services in the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Mark Inness, Allen Inness, James Mooney, Tim Mooney, David Brown and Danny Brown.
