Clack R. Rawley, 77, of Brewster, died Sunday evening at the Brewster Hospital. Mr. Rawley was born January 2, 1905, at Brewster, he was raised in Brewster and attended school at Paradise Hill.
He was active in lumbering and was employed by the Gamble Lumber company until an injury forced his retirement in 1936. August 11, 1964, he married Isabel McFadgen at Okanogan. He made his home in Brewster.
Survivors include his wife, Isabel at the home, one daughter, Bonnie McKee, Navato, California; 4 brothers, Fred, Wallace, and Frank of Brewster and John of Tonasket; two sisters, Pearl Brown of Paradise Hill (Brewster), Leone Beaudoin of Brewster; one granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday 2 pm at Paradise Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Ray Glessner officiating. Barnes Chapel, Brewster, in charge of arrangements.
