Evelyn Rollins Albright, 90, of Golden, passed away on Thursday, September 24th, 2009 at the Red Bay Hospital. She was born on August 29th, 1919 in Franklin County, AL to James Yancy and Leona McKinney Baggett. She was a factory worker and a member of Golden Central Baptist Church. Services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, September 26th, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with Bro. David Holcomb and Bro. Greg Allen officiating. Burial was in in Halltown Cemetery, Vina, AL. Deaton Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include five daughters, Christine Allen and Carolyn Works and husband, Jim, all of Golden, Betty Mahan and husband, James and Geraldine Holcomb and husband, Allen all of Belmont and Joyce Rich and husband, Bob of Dennis; one step daughter, Haskell Shackelford of Hackelburg, AL; one brother, Eugene Baggett of Rogersville, AL; two sisters, Eloise Parkcr of Red Bay, AL and Bernice Britnell of Hackelburg, AL; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, James A. Rollins and Eugene Albright; her parents; five brothers; three sisters; and one son-in-law. Pallbearers were Mike Rich, Jeff Mahan, Tim Mahan, Danny Works, Randy Allen and Brandon Harbin.
