On Feb. 24, 1927 she married Benjamin Arnold Miller at Dallas, South Dakota. They were blessed with four children.
Clara passed away on July 1, 2006 at Atkinson, Nebraska at the age of ninety-nine years.
Clara is survived by her three daughters, Mildred (Dale) Fink, Marion (George) Oetter and Losane (Richard) Keilholtz; one sister, Martha (Harry) Deering; and one brother, Alva Hauf.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben; her son, Monte; her parents, John and Dora Hauf; four sisters, Anna (Art) Willie, Edna (John) Mitchell, Christina (John) Sears and Frieda (Alfred) Bettcher; and six brothers, Arthur, Samuel, Walter, Adolph, Helmet and Norman Hauf.
