Dell quietly passed away in Sandy, Utah on January 23, 2004 at 96.

Born in Syracuse, Utah, 1907 to Samuel and Elsie Williams Cook.

Married Nora K. Garner, June 15, 1932, Salt Lake Temple. She died May 29, 1941.

On April 9, 1942, married Delila Robinson, Salt Lake Temple.

Attended Davis County Schools, graduated from Weber College, Associate degree in Applied Science. Worked for Utah Power & Light Company, retired 1969.

Member of the L.D.S. Church, served German-Austrian mission.

Later served with wife, Salt Lake North Mission and moved to St. George where they served at temple.

Survived by his wife, Delila and his children, Boyd G. Cook of Los Angeles; Annette (Ray) Sheffield of Taylorsville; Dell R. (Janene) Cook of Centerville; Julie Orlob of Salt Lake City; Bart (Maria) Cook of New York.

Survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by three grandchildren and three younger brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the mortuary on Saturday from 11:30 to 12:30. Interment, Aultorest Memorial Park.
