Services for Nalty E. Nations of Houston, Texas, are 11 a.m., Thursday, March 15, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Nations, 78, died March 11, 2001, at Mariner N. W. Nursing Home in Houston. He was born in Brookhaven on Aug. 9, 1922, to Fred Nations and Leontine Boone Nations.
He was a retired construction laborer for Dow Chemical. He was a former member of First Assembly Church of God. He was an Army veteran of WWII.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brothers, Charles J. Nations and Jerry K. Nations.
Survivors are his sons, Michael Nations of Raleigh, N.C., and Greg Nations and Jeff Nations, both of Houston, Texas; his daughter, Sharon Weaver of Houston; his brother, Donald Nations of Brookhaven; his sister, Louise McBride of Brookhaven; and six grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
