We are pained to chronicle the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Williams, one of the old land marks of this county, which sad event occurred at home in Silver Creek on Tuesday. Mrs. Williams leaves sons and daughters and a host of other sorrowing relatives, to whom we extend our heartfelt sympathy in their hour of affliction. Of her children, two sons and one daughter are living at Silver Creek, the sons - W. W. and T. J. Williams---being influential citizens and prosperous farmers.
She was a devout Christian woman and beloved by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
