Mrs Feagans came to Jefferson County soon after the war between the States and located at Renners Mill near what is now Wheatland. She married the late Wilder C Feagans who died 25 years ago. The surviving sons are Starry Feagans of Alexandria VA; Calvin Feagans of Chambersburg PA; Cecil Feagans of near Wheatland; and Preston Feagans of N. Mildred Street in Charles Town. The daughters are Mrs Ruby Shrewbridge of Cumberland MD, Mrs Gladys Brown and Mrs George Ebert of Charles Town. Also surving is a sister Mrs Bessie Rector in Baltimore MD.
