Annie (my ggrandmother) was a daughter of Daniel H. May and Julian Ringler. Her first husband was John Wesley Smith (1867-1896) with whom she had 2 children: Oscar Daniel Smith and William Smith. Her second husband was Robert Elton Harding. She was electricuted by a downed electric wire while picking strawberries. She is buried in the Lowery cemetery lot (the family of her daughter-in-law, Mae E. Lowery, but has no stone.
