Mrs. Doris McKenzie Taylor, wife of Dewey Earl Taylor, died Wednesday at her home.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Mayer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Taylor, a daughter of Mrs. Bernice B. Thompson McKenzie and the late D. D. McKenzie, was born in Hemingway Sept. 13, 1938 (1939 on tombstone). She had lived in the Georgetown area for several years and attended the Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are: her husband; two sons, Calvin Dewey Taylor and Timothy Earl Taylor; three daughters, Miss Christine Taylor, Miss Lorie Ann Taylor, and Miss Lorraine Taylor, all of Georgetown; her mother of Georgetown; three brothers, James David McKenzie and Stafford McKenzie, both of Myrtle Beach, and Donnice McKenzie, U. S. Army in Viet Nam; five sisters, Mrs. Sarah Coward of Myrtle Beach, Mrs. Artiel Mallard, Mrs. Mary Crawford, Mrs. Lois Blakeley, and Miss Kathy McKenzie, all of Georgetown.
