Daryle Otto Zlomke

Daryle Otto Zlomke, the youngest son of Samuel B. and Mida B. (Carver) Zlomke, was bor on December 10, 1938 at Arcadia, NE and he died on August 23, 1069 at Johnson Lake, South of Lexington, NE.
He was baptized at the age of 12 in the Christian Church in Litchfield, NE . Since 1963 he studied the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses and was associating with the Broken Bow Congregation.
On April 1, 1961, he was united in marriage to Connie Jo Mooney, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Jed H.& Hazel G. (Whiteman) Mooney of Mason City, they were married in First Christian Church in Lexington, NE. To this union, four children were born, at the time of his death Gerri Jo age 7, Joseph Daryle age 5, Juli Ann age 3, James Lee age 1, of Broken Bow, NE.
Daryle attended school at Litchfield, NE where he graduated from high school with the class of 1957. Upon completion of mechanical school, he was self-employed until he joined the staff at the Ruff Chevrolet Motor Co. in Broken Bow in January of 1962, where he worked until his death.
Daryle drown late Saturday afternoon, August 23, 1969 at the Johnson Lake South of Lexington, Dawson Co., NE.
He leaves his loving wife and children, his mother Mida B. Zlomke of Litchfield, one sister Leatrice & Robert Anderson of Casper, WY. Two brothers, Dallas & Kathy Zlomke of Lexington, NE, Ronald & Helen Zlomke of Norco, CA, many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 26, 1969 at 3:00 p.m. at the Govier Brothers Mortuary Chapel in Broken Bow, with Samuel Q. Kramer, of the Jehovah's Witnesses Congregation in Broken Bow presiding. Burial in the Broken Bow Cemetery, with Govier Brothers Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
