Abstract--age 100, of Scotdale, Pa., died Feb. 8, 1977, in the Frick Community Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, Pa. He was born Jan. 25, 1877, in Grafton, WV, the s/o the late James and Margaret Keener Utterback. He was a retired coal miner. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle Miller Utterback; two daughters, Mrs. Walter (Violet) Baer of Hibbs, Pa., and Mrs. Harry (Evelyn) Thomas of Elters, Pa.; a son, James Hugh Utterback of Scotdale; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Mary Knott, Conneautville, Pa. interment was in the Mt. Joy Cemetery.
