Joe Bill Ketcher, 76, passed away February 24, 2004 in a local hospital. Joe Bill will always be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed by her family and those who lives she touched. She was born on may 27, 1927 in Watts, Adair Counry, Oklahoma and graduated in 1946 from Westville High School, Oklahoma. She worked as a nurse for Dr. Gerald A. Reeves, M.D. at Thomas-Clinic from 1955 through 1977. She worked for several other physicians here in Corpus Christi, finally working with the EKG Dept. of Spohn Hospital until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bettie Ketcher, and brother, Pete Ketcher. She leaves behind her daughter, Becky Campbell, of Corpus Christi; two sisters, Polly Ketcher, of Corpus Christi, and Ruby (Howard) Dunn, of Beeville, Texas; two grandchildren, Scott Campbell and Clayton Campbell, both of Corpus Christi, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, march 6, 2004 at The Believers' Fellowship Worship Center, Commerce One Plaza, 4455 S.P.I.D., Suite 17, Corpus Christi, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make contributions to The Believers Fellowship.
