Mrs. Nations Is Buried Monday
Mrs. Bessie Hall Nations, 82, died early Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Arnold, 4217 Oakmont Drive, after an extended illness.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday from Strong Hope Baptist Church in Copiah County, the Rev. Robert Ledbetter officiating, officiating, asisted by the Rev. M L. Douglas the Rev. Moon. Interment is in Strong Hope Cemetery, Cemetery, Hartman Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two sons, Alford Nations, Independence, La., and Henry Nations, Rockport; five daughters, Mrs. Willie Thompson, Hammond, La., Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. F. H. Boone, both of Jackson; Mrs. Edna Turtle, Memphis; Mrs. A. L. Armstrong, Fort Worth; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Wooten, Jackson, and Mrs. Esther Chance, Vicksburg; 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
