Robert Tim Floyd Sr., 50, of Ripley, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Lauderdale in Ripley.
He was a carpenter.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Melissa Floyd of Dyersburg; a daughter, Cecilia "C.C." Floyd of Dyersburg; three sons, Michael Dee Floyd, Robert Thomas Lindsey Floyd of Parsons and Matthew Thomas Floyd of Dyersburg; a sister, Lanette Bailey Trew of Burleson; three brothers, James Dee Floyd of Newbern, Garry Leland Bailey of Mesquite, Texas and Gordon Willard Floyd of Proctor, Ark.; and his stepfather, Walter Marion Bailey of Drummonds.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Tim Floyd Jr.; and his parents, James Willard Floyd and Rosie Lou Bailey.
